Good Service Advisor communication.
The service experience was good for the most part. The only negative would be the internal communication with the. Technician and the service advisor. I was told that the vehicle needed additional work which I declined. But I was also told initially that the approved work had the vehicle drive able but still needed an additional module. However when I went to pick it up it was just barely able to be driven and was actually risky to drive in that condition. I know that I declined the second part of the repair but the internal miscommunication definitely did not give me the impression that it could barely run. It would have been more appropriate to recommend towing considering how badly it was running.
I was pleased with the the rest of the visit and will sill bring it back in the future.
