My husband and I just picked up a brand new 24' trailer and were heading from Frederick to the Eastern Shore when we found that we had nails in 2 of the 4 trailer tires. We were able to pump the tires back up enough to get to a shop to fix them but when we called (at least a DOZEN) tire and repair shops along our route they couldn't fit us in their schedules or our truck and trailer were too big to fit in their parking lot. We finally called Parks Tire & Auto and they said they could help and that our truck and trailer would fit on their lot. We arrived at their new location on Rt. 213 and their crew got right to work, had us out of there quickly and back on the road for a reasonable $40! Could not be happier with our experience here. The staff was phenomenal, the parking areas around the building were generous and made maneuvering the trailer a breeze for my husband (Professional Truck Driver anyway) and the new building was beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of us and putting our minds at ease for the rest of our trip!!!
