The best service department in North Idaho by FAR. My service adviser Will, provides us with confidence our best interest is being looked after. Thanks to the entire staff at Parker Toyota for making every trip enjoyable. It would be my desire that you purchase the Ford dealer in Cda so I could feel the same way there.

First time at Parker Toyota! Wow! Henry was extremely helpful spending time answering all my questions.
I so appreciate the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Report! It is extremely thorough providing an overall assessment of the entire vehicle. Henry reviewed this report with me and identified the recommended items for next service.
It's always been important to me that car service dealerships provide a complete explanation of the service that was done and what future service will be needed. This has not always been the case.
I was so impressed with Parker Toyota's customer service and attention to detail. They certainly have gained my trust. I will only be taking my car to Parker Toyota!

Good service, missing paint afterwords
Service was great but immediately noticed two small paint blemishes on the driver side doors, one of which was worn down to bare metal. Looks like one was caused by the door being left open against something. Just bought this truck, ugh… not impressed

Love Parker
Always a great experience with the customer service team. This appointment did have an hour delay in finish time, which did cause some inconvenience for me. However the shuttle service is amazing and they did the best they could to accommodate me. They are very respectful to their customers and I always appreciate that I know I get a quality service.
