My first experience with the service dept
From the moment I drove into the service bay, I felt I was in good hands. I was guided to a parking spot, greeted and was informed as to whom my service advisor would be. Service advisor greeted me right away, told me what services would be performed on my car and was then shown the waiting room. Waiting room was new, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were impeccably clean, as well. Great coffee maker, too: lattes, cappuccinos, regular coffee, etc. My car was ready ahead of schedule! Very happy with Parker.
