This by far is the worst place I've ever gone to. Several times I had appointments, only to wait over an hour, while the staff talks about their lives, are busy on their cellphones, instead of doing their jobs, and taking care of patients. The best part is the surgeon. Cameron Lewis, this guy is unbelievable. They lied for over 3 months, claiming my insurance would not cover my much needed surgery. I contacted my insurance, only to find out, they would cover the entire surgery. When the insurance company reached out to Park Avenue Smiles, they hung up 3 times on the supervisor !!!! All they want is money !!!!!!! They continously lie !!!!! This office is all about money period. Please, please double check with your insurance company. Don't let them rip you off. At the end, oral surgeon Cameron Leiws, dropped me as a patient !!!!!!! Because I would not pay $5000 out of pocket for the surgery. I'm filing a claim against them. I pray they shut them down. All of what I'm claiming, can be proven 💯 all my phone calls were reported. Protect yourselves against the fraud of this office, please.
