We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case.
Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops!
