Chad has diagnosed and repaired two of my vehicles now that others in the Pullman/Moscow area were unable to do. The man knows what he's doing, charges fair prices for what he does, and stands behind his work. A refreshing difference from others in the area (*including the dealerships). I heartily recommend him and this repair facility.
