Called the morning of, at 730am telling me I have to reschedule due to estimator issues. Fine. Another few days, I can manage to work around my schedule.
Called again 10 minutes before my second scheduled appointment knowing I'm on my way telling me to reschedule again due to estimator issue.
How is this bussiness ran wasting people's time like this? Unprofessional, unorganized and poor customer service. What kind of work they do? Not sure, lucky to be serviced I guess...
