They were already busy, but made space for my car, made it incredibly easy to coordinate having it towed there, and followed up with me twice so I always knew what was happening. I am decidedly not a car person, and they were wonderful about explaining what they were looking at, what actually needed to be done, what the options were, and the expected pricing ranges before moving forward. There were a few complications along the way, and every one of them was handled calmly and clearly—no mystery, no pressure, no feeling like I needed to suddenly become an expert in tires to make a reasonable decision.
They got everything taken care of within 24 hours, despite fitting me into an already busy schedule. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, straightforward, kind, and genuinely lovely to deal with.
The thing I appreciated most was how easy they made the entire experience. Car trouble is already stressful, especially when you don’t know much about cars, and they took something that could have completely derailed my day and just… handled it.
