Awful place. I'm a 19 year old girl, so I know to be skeptical of going to car shops alone, but this was really bad. Not only was the guy servicing me short with me and had no customer service skills, making me feel like a burden, he also said my entire taillight was out and quoted me $495 to fix the entire thing. I called my dad, and he said it shouldn't be near that amount. I have now had my taillight fixed, the piece was a mere $87 on amazon, and my dad's friend at home replaced the taillight in under 15 minutes. I have absolutely no clue how $408 can be reasonable for even an hour of work, let alone 15 minutes. Even with shipping, $495 is a complete and utter rip-off. I'm lucky I am not naive. I even went to another local mechanic who gave me a quote of $85, proving this place is capitalizing off of my gender.
