I am sorry to hear this, we are more than happy to correct the issues that you had concerns with, I even tried to call you and straighten all of this out. But you were unwilling to let me help you. We would love to have you continue to be a customer and i want you to be happy with the service that we provided. Keep in mind we have a really great 2 year 24,000 mile warranty and if there is ever an issue we are happy to get it resolved promptly.
