DISHONEST SHOP AND OWNER, Paid over $11K and truck was damaged, all work was FLAWED
I paid $5,600 to have all fuel injectors replaced on my Duramax Diesel motor. However, OV Diesel did not perform repair correctly causing injector cups to leak which damaged my motor and lead to further damage and issues.
I paid $1,392 - to have glow plugs replaced on my Duramax Diesel; owner Nick A. assured me I would only be charged labor once to replace plugs for each side (driver and passenger). But he charged me full labor price twice for each side. He is a convincing liar.
I paid $1,599 to have the water pump replaced on my Duramax Diesel with a new one. Owner Nick A. said it was leaking bad and had to be replaced and the high cost was due to pump being gear driven. However, when I picked up my truck, the technician Brandon told me that he never saw the water pump leaking at all but they replaced it anyway.
I paid $ 1, 266 to have the fuel filter housing rebuilt/repaired and fuel regulator replaced on my Duramax Diesel however, after OV diesel did repair, the truck leaked raw fuel/diesel causing health and saftey issues; after returning my truck to OV Diesel 3 times, it still leaked fuel and was not fixed until another shop fixed it correctly.
They charged me and I paid over $11, 047 for the work they did. ALL the work that OV Diesel did was BAD/FLAWED; all work was under warranty yet OV Diesel did not fix or correct the damage to my engine.
Every single repair done had to be redone by a proper shop, DMAX Store, who had to redo all injectors, water pump, fuel filter head unit, etc. Note when the parts OV diesel installed were removed, the parts were confirmed to be used or remanufactured NOT new parts as I had been charged on each RO/invoice (retail price). I had to pay another $4,700 to fix/correct all work OV Diesel did.
OV Diesel made no attempt to fix my truck or perform any work/repairs under warranty. Owner Nick A. threatened to take me to court if I tried to hold him or his shop accountable for any of the work and cost me more money and fees!
I talked to Department of Consumer Affairs and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) who informed me that this business/owner has several complaints against it; not just mine. Look up complaints for yourselves! STAY AWAY!
If you want your engine or vehicle damaged and your money stolen then go to OV Diesel! OV diesel stole my money; steals money from hard working people who work more than full time just to make a living/get by! OWNER IS A LIAR.
