Needed a scheduled oil change. I had noticed that one of my wheels was making a squeaky noise after bumping into a curb from the side, and I wanted OHAP to check it out. OHAP was flexible with scheduling my appointment. Taylor and Norman were great with the regular maintenance items (oil change, tire rotation, checklist review, etc.). The squeaky wheel was due to wore down brake pads and was quickly replaced. Taylor and Norma were great with explaining everything and moving forward after receiving the green light from me. It was a great experience!
