Saved Me From Dealer Pressure
My local mechanics heard a noise in the transmission of a used car my son was looking at I took it to the experts at O'Neill's and they took me on a walk-in basis, test drove the car, found the pinion gear the issue and gave me a written report. I showed the report to the dealer and I offered to reduce the purchase price to cover the needed repair. The dealer dropped us and looked for some new unsuspecting buyer. Oneill's is the best in Grand Rapids. I've used them three times and they have always been professional and responsive.
