A shop that has your back.
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. After dealing with a regular dealership that either couldn’t figure out the issue or didn’t take the time to truly look into it, On the Mark Automotive was a breath of fresh air.

They actually had my back. They were willing to dig into the problem, explore all possibilities, and find the real issue and not just guess or rush it. On top of that, they worked directly with my warranty company and advocated for the repair so it could get approved, which made a stressful situation so much easier.

I wasn’t upset at all about how long my car stayed there. I wanted them to take the time they needed to do it right, and they absolutely did. The quality of the work shows. My car runs so much better now, and I have real peace of mind knowing it was handled correctly. Which to me wasn’t that long for the situation.

Thank you so much to the team at On the Mark Automotive. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, and I’m grateful to have found one.
