Additionally, I found their communication to be lacking. It was difficult to get in touch with the team and when I did, they were not very responsive or helpful in answering my questions or concerns. This made the overall experience very stressful and unpleasant.
Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend Olympic Truck Service to others. Their overpriced and hidden fees, as well as lack of communication, suggest that they may not be a trustworthy or reliable company to work with. I hope that they take steps to improve their service for future customers.
