DO NOT GO TO OK TIRE!!!! THE OWNER JOHN IS A HOT HEAD! & a liar!THE " MANAGER" Pat IS SCATTERED brained ! They take it in and tell you it's being looked at as you speak.Same day.Then hours and days go by you never here from them. Pat continues to tell you they will get back to you , they never do! My truck was NOT DRIVABLE ! IT WAS towed in to them. The owner,John drove my truck and said he broke down 3 times! Was yelling at me , saying he had no air conditioning or water I in he heat when he broke down! First of all, I didn't know I was supposed to pack him a cooler while he was out driving my truck that was , AGAIN ...NOT DRIVABLE!! Why would he drive my truck and risk creating further damage ??! He quoted me 2,700 as the first repair it would need.! How do I know he didn't create MORE DAMAGE by driving it! He also locked my truck up in his shop over the weekend wouldn't let me pay over the phone for his jacked up $300 $ diagnostic fee said he would charge me $35 a day to store it even though I said I would pay the $300 and had a tow truck on its way ! THEY LIE !! OWNER Should have known better than to drive a vehicle when it was not drivable!!
