I took my 2016 Mercedes into this company to get my air conditioning system repaired. I was called the next day and was told that it would cost US$6,000 ($8,100 Canadian$) to repair it as the compressor was gone. I checked Chat GPT and it said that a new compressor installation on my make and model Mercedes would cost between US$2900-$3300 in Marco Island FL. I called my mechanic in Canada (I am a snowbird) and he gave an estimate of $3,000 Canadian. I picked up the car the next day and told them I was not proceeding with the repair and an employee said that was not possible to repair it for that price. I had the new compressor installed when I returned home and the bill was $2,941, $5,000 Canadian cheaper than Executive's estimate. Based on this, I would never recommend this company.
