Honest Quick Service
Very honest assessment and fix for my squeaky brakes. Quick turnaround time and really warm, friendly service. Hard to find, hidden between other auto repair shops, with easy to miss signage.

Oil Change
I usually do my own oil changes but my new car was too low for the ramps I usually use. As an auto enthusiast, I am very particular with service. I use Amsoil fully synthetic in all fluids (transmission, oil, differentials, etc). I called Ohana since they recently preformed a tranny fluid swap on my other vehicle. I supplied the oil and filter and they did the oil change for me. It was a reasonable price and completed while I waited.

Knowledgeable, kind, hometown trustworthy energy
The biggest thing I dislike about car ownership is anxiety & my sense of vulnerability over having to select (& trust) businesses & mechanics diagnosing or making repairs on my vehicle. The level of internal discomfort I have about impending auto repairs is almost embarrassing. Even quick oil changes can challenge me at times. FINALLY, after arriving in CA, a single mom 2500 mi away from my hometown & entire family, except for my daughter, 23 yrs ago, I found a garage that doesn't give me the negative vibes I've always feared & often sensed. I've randomly asked around over the years as I migrated from The City to the East Bay, & eventually the peninsula but still felt the yuck or at best felt, "meh" getting work auto done. One day I was lamenting about needing a trusted mechanic like my family had back home. Told my very good, trusted, older, sage friend, (& lifeling peninsula resident), how difficult it is for me. She suggested Ohana, told me she'd been a long time customer & highly commended them. She retired & moved out of the Bay a few years ago & one of the things she misses is that relationship. The times I've visited, I was met with kindness, respect, & patience; no hard-selling or fear "mongering-ish" claims & w machismo checked at the door. I'm sure my life as a single-mom, alone in the Bay Area far from home, on a shoestring budget, exasperated my trepidation. But it made my experiences w Ohana & crew all the more appreciated. Thank you, Victor & all. ?

Great service
It’s been 3 years of coming to ohana for maintenance of my bmw x1. I have full confidence in their honest service of my car. They are friendly and efficient. BMW service price gouge their clients. Ohana is fair. Keep it up.

Wonderful experience with a great price!
I had a wonderful experience at this automotive shop! The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, and they were very accommodating with my timeframe, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality was excellent. I had gotten a quote from another garage that was nearly double what I paid here, so I was thrilled with the fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and affordable car repairs!

If you are looking for a perfect service with a fair price, this is the place! The staff is super nice and the repair is very quick! I really trust Ohana for my car and also for my daughter’s! Zero complaints, 100% compliments!
