Kae said this business needs more employees and many customers were frustrated. He arrived ten minutes before his scheduled appointment time but was not seen until one hour after scheduled time. He called in advance to verify if the coupon he had would be honored and he was told it would be. When he received the bill, it was $10 more because of his vehicle type. He said he felt this was sneaky and they need to be up front.
Kairis said this business offers the best price and their employees were very helpful. One of their employees she spoke with on the phone, was very patient and helpful finding the parts she needed for her vehicle. They need to fix the air conditioning in their building because it was too hot.
