Ocean Street Auto Repair has been helping people in South Portland, Portland and Scarborough keep their cars running great since 1976. Lots of things have changed under the hood over the past 40 years. Carburetors are out. Fuel injectors are in. Plugs and points are gone. Everything is electronic. Cars are increasingly becoming more like computers. One thing that hasn’t changed though is that customers still like to know and trust the person who’s working on their car. At Ocean Street Auto Repair that guy is Ted Abbott. He’s been helping customers keep their vehicles in top operating condition at Ocean Street for the past ten years. Now he owns the business.
Ted is an ASE Certified Mechanic. That means he has kept up to date with the changing technology. He has the experience, skills and tools needed to diagnose and repair most every make, model and year of car. Ted will always give you the information you need to make good choices about keeping your vehicles running well. He will tell you what’s wrong, how to fix it and how much it’s going to cost.
