From the second I walked into NTK and met the owners I knew I was in good hands. I work for a company that has a small fleet of vehicles from cars and diesel buses. They can fix any problem we have with the fleet and do it in a timely manner. When I speak with Nick and Tina (the owners) they always make me feel like I’ve known them forever. It’s a great feeling knowing that whatever issue our vehicles have NTK fixes them right and honestly! It’s hard to find people like that nowadays but they always go above and beyond I highly recommend NTK!!

I don't do reviews, but NTK was so good here I am.

Let me be clear, I've written 2 reviews in my 35 years in PA and frankly they just aren't my thing. But when you get service, workmanship, and a passion for trucks this profound you write the dang review. I pull up early on a thurs and Nick and his partner are working hard, asks me how they can help in the yard and then sends me in to set up the appointment with Tina. By Thursday evening they had ordered the big brake kit and installed it on my excursion and had me back on the road.

That's not even the kicker, NTK caught little things that my last diesel tech missed and fixed them as well without even mentioning it (swapped reverse light bulb, checked all fluids and gave me a trans report, caught the leaking middle runner light being out and the seal going). They don't just fix your rig, they make sure it's as good as their own and you can drive cross country without blinking (shared my dream of taking the family to Yellowstone and Nick seemed just as excited as I am). This kind of family run local business deserves to be around for generations and I'm just hopeful that my kids not only inherit one heck of a truck but they get to inherit NTKs quality and service too because I'm not going to any other diesel shops after this. Wow. Can't wait to head back in to plan future upgrades.

They did it again!!!

The ntk team is the best, I had a caliber lock up , an I got it in to shop an they jumped right on it an got me back on the road after nick had to diagnose bad abs modular etc !!! They do whatever it takes !!! Had me back on road next morning after working late !!! You guys rule!!!
