I had to contact the insurance 5 times! The 1st time I called I was disconnected, I waited 3 days and called them back since they never bothered to call me back. When they finally called me back, an insurance rep responding to a msg. I'd left,called at 6:40 am and woke everyone up. They're on the east coast and they didn't pay attention to the fact I live on the west coast.
