Sam is a CROOK. and this place is a fraud. stay away. HE OWES us $2000 for work NOT EVEN DONE - that he tricked my 90 yr old Dad into "pre-paying" for something - and he will not give it back - we've tried for 4 months. This guy committed serious ELDER ABUSE on my 90 yr old father and took him for a ride for years, to the tune of $15,000K over 3 yrs. He fixed things that did not even need fixing - major things that cost thousands of $$$. And he did the same fix multiple times in 3 years. He seems like a really nice guy, but lies through his teeth, makes up repairs, and completely contradicts himself to get more money. He is a con artist. We finally had enough with an insurance claim - I got a 2nd & 3rd opinion from other shops, and he was totally making up things to get more money. When we decided to do the work somewhere else - he will not give the insurance money back. Sam - all we asked for is our money back that you did nothing to earn. You should be ashamed of yourself.
