Sam is a CROOK. and this place is a fraud. Stay away. HE OWES us $2000 for work NOT EVEN DONE - that he tricked my 90 yr old Dad into "pre-paying" for something - and he will not give it back - we've tried for 4 months. This guy committed serious ELDER ABUSE on my father and took him for a ride for years, to the tune of $15,000K over 3 yrs. He fixed things that did not even need fixing - major things that cost thousands of $$$, and fixed the same items multiple times in 2 yrs - like the radiator, transmission, and fuel tank itself (?) - its unheard of these would need to be replaced 2x in 2 years. My Dad trusted him, and he completely took advantage of him. Do not trust this place! He seems like a really nice guy, but lies through his teeth, makes up repairs that are not needed, and contradicts himself to get more money. He is a con artist. We finally had enough with an insurance claim - we got a 2nd & 3rd opinion, and he was totally making up things to get more money. When we decided to do the work somewhere else - he will not give the insurance money back to USAA, so my 90 yr old Dad had to pay $2000 out of pocket for an insurance claim he was fully covered for - because Sam will not give it back. Sam - all we asked for is our money back that you did nothing to earn. You should be ashamed of yourself.
