Nightmare
Was told I had an appointment for 7/30/24 showed up and nobody has a clue. Was told we would be worked in then when insurance calls the are told they can’t get it in till the 19. That funny they stood right there in their shop at the bodywork would be worked on over the next two weeks and then the ignition over the next two weeks after that
So flat out another lie, do not take your car here the man in the shop has no clue

Poorest service ever
Took 3 weeks to get it in 11/21 was told a couple hours and it would be fixed . Decided not to wait and nothing done called and no return call called on Wednesday and was told it was being diagnosed and possible could have it . Nothing and no call so called Friday left a message . Called today 11/27 and told working on diagnosis once again
I was told last week it was under warranty . So no one knows anything. After almost a week. I have taken my car there since purchased new but will not take it there again. Honesty could have avoided this bad review. Myself and my children have purchased several vehicle through you and I’m very disappointed to say the least.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey. Yes, We always have these recall parts in stock. Hyundai ran into to some ordering or shipping problem and it happened on your car. I am sorry. Would you consider doing a rescore on the survey if I try and assist with this problem to make it easier on getting the part installed? HYUNDAI gives us opportunity to reach out for resolutiion. We rely on parts dept to stock as many parts as possible. it frustrates us when we aren't inform ahead of time when they are out of stock. 

I would be willing to fill up your gas tank while you wait to have the part installed on 03-09-22 and give you your next oil change at no charge. 

Please let me know if this will work for you and I will resend the survey. If you would like me to assist in another way please respond and let me know.

I was very impressed from my first time going there. Barry Bartlett is such a nice & knowledgeable man. My first time owning a Hyundai & I will only be bringing it to North Towne. Crankshaft Miracle
So far, I've enjoyed visiting Northtowne Hyundai and receiving all the care and attention both me and my Elantra (me and my family call her Raven) have gotten. Shout out to my service manager Barry and the team for taking Raven in without me having to schedule an appointment when i needed his help the most. Recently, I experienced crankshaft failure which gave me a stalled engine, which I didn't know I had at the time. The team also didn't know what was going on until they determined it was my crankshaft. It was literally like catching a ghost!

I'm a proud regular customer and I'll definitely call upon Northtowne to work their magic on my Raven! Thank you so much to Barry and the service team for all you do!
