We strive to deliver high-quality service and clearly communicate any necessary repairs. Unfortunately at times due to the vehicle not being driven and only having short starts and stops as it moves through the shop, it can drain some charge on the battery. Older batteries can be affected to the point where it cannot start the vehicle. At 5 years old many car batteries are near the end of their normal lifespan and can lose capacity and not recover. Aged lead-acid car batteries hold less energy and can discharge faster.
