My car was taken to another shop in Syracuse when I got in a fender bender. Long story short, they did a terrible and dangerous job on my car leaving me with a wheel that was ready to fall of the car (nuts on tow adjustor rod where not tightened). Northside was able to reopen my insurance case, have all the damage and other issues from the previous shop resolved, and did so with great professionalism. These people are the best and the kindest I have worked with in this industry and I hope they never change! A big thank you to Roy who handled by car the entire way!
Northside was also able to resolve the other issues that the previous shop left me with. They repainted the door handle that the previous shop scratched, and they gave me the money to replace my tire with the correct model (previous shop gave me a different tire than the rest I had on the car, on an AWD model). They also fixed all the safety issues I already stated and gave the car an alignment. Amazing people over there.
