I have, unfortunately, had a number of occasions to use various Auto Body Shops. Initially I would take my car to the body shop recommended to me by my Insurance company. Both times I did that was a nightmare. The next time I needed a body shop, I chose the Body Shop based on word of mouth and research I did. I continued to use that shop until the owner retired and closed shop. I was always happy with their work and they even found and corrected problems the previous Insurance recommended shops caused or missed. That was over ten years ago. I went shopping around again for a Body Shop and found Northside Auto Body, did a little research and decided they looked good to me. I was not disappointed. The quality of their work is A+ and their customer service is phenomenal. Should I have the need (I hope not) I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
