We bought a 2010 Volkswagen here in January of 2019. Since then, we have brought the vehicle in for 3 warranty repairs. In the first two instances, we were asked to reschedule at Volkswagen of Duluth. In both cases, Northland Chevrolet knew what repairs were to be made and what vehicle was to be repaired. They still scheduled appointments for us at their location even though they do not do that kind of work there. Today we had a noon appointment to have an underbody inspection to check on the rustproofing package we purchased with the car. Instead of 30-45 min, as advised, it took almost 2 hours. Just overall disappointing every time we go back there.
