My van is always in good hands at Northern AZ Auto!
I went to Northern AZ Auto after recommendations from several people in the Prescott community. My van needed an oil change and its 100k check. I asked if they could give her the once over and let me know anything that needed to be done, and anything in the forseeable future so that I could plan accordingly. They did that, and explained what was needed, why and when (approx) so I could prioritize.Neal and Lance are genuinely courteous and user-friendly. I just had new struts and shocks done this week. The service is always excellent, repair/replacement work done very well. I completely trust their recommendations and their work...it gives me the calm assurance that my van is in good hands. Thanks, Lance, Neal and crew! ☺️
