In the last seven years, our team has had the pleasure to work alongside the previous owner, Mitch. Working closely with Mitch was a tremendous and beneficial learning experience for me. During that period, I developed a genuine interest in taking over the business once it was the appropriate time. In 2023, that moment arrived, and Mitch entrusted the company to me.

North Wells is the kind of mechanic service to which all in that field should aspire. We've dealt with them 4-5 times now, and even when we did have to plunk down a significant amount of cash for a repair, we had no hesitation because we knew the price was more than fair, and the results would be worth more than what we were charged. They even had us come in a week later to make sure the repairs had no unforeseen problems. This was at no charge, and we were in and out in five minutes.
The entire staff are never anything but sincerely friendly, without being too... odd, the way some overly friendly customer service people can be. Even when a prior customer was rude just before we came in, the front desk rep was helpful and cheerful as if nothing had happened. As long as they're in business, my fiancee and I will never worry one moment about car maintenance and repairs.
