Established in 1958, North Wells Service Center was formerly known as Ed’s Sunoco. Since then, we’ve witnessed growth and conducted business in three different locations. In the last seven years, our team has had the pleasure to work alongside the previous owner, Mitch. Working closely with Mitch was a tremendous and beneficial learning experience for me. During that period, I developed a genuine interest in taking over the business once it was the appropriate time. In 2023, that moment arrived, and Mitch entrusted the company to me.

The previous owner (Mitch) and the current owner (Mitchell) and their staff has always been honest with me and my vehicles.
I intrinsically trust what they tell me about my vehicles and repairs.
More than once, there been cases where they gave me options, fix the existing part (JB Weld a small hole on a radiator) or a new part. Depending on the situation, I gave permission for the new part in other times I accepted their honesty and saved myself a pile of cash. Other times, I was told that maybe a repair could wait until I could plan/save for that repair.
The integrity of their repairs may have possibility saved me and my family.
I am treated not just as a customer, a source of revenue, but as a friend, a good close friend.
There are no other shops that I would feel comfortable with quality of the repairs and how I might be treated.
