After waiting nearly two hours for a response from another station North Metro Motors was called and within minutes Zack showed up to save the day! Zach was called out of bed at 10 at night with a temperature of 3 degrees below zero to change my tire. Without even a little bit of snark on his face or in his voice he very quickly and professionally change my tire and sent me on my way. Zack and North Metro Motors are my new Heroes!
