This was my 3rd time purchasing a new car at North Bay Mitsubishi. I have to say, they do care about their customers. You run into a few sales people at different car dealers with different brands when it is time for a new car. From the experience I had with Tania for the last few years, I can't say enough about how thoughtful she is. She listens and accommodates the best. It is rare to feel satisfied with a smile when you walk out of a dealership after signing a new car. She looked into the best deal I could get at the moment and she made it so easy, comfortable and pleasant. I would go back there for my 4th one when the time comes. Great experience overall.
