Bought a Car from Northbay in 2015 and to this day that car runs perfectly. That’s not only because the car manufacturer did a great job but more importantly because Northbay takes good care of its maintenance.

Replaced both belts needed at 60k per Audi.
Oil and filter. Multi point inspection. Checked tire wear and no rotation needed.

All done timely with loaner car.

Don’t like 3.5% for charging cc. Used debit card. $229 per hour labor rate should cover this.

New Car
Got my car and was gorgeous, and works like a charm. 3rd or 4th car I’ve gotten from them. Tiffany was great behind the desk, and the main man Jackson is always a pleasure and a treat to see and talk too. Would always recommend

Purchasing a car
Our experience in buying our Audi was flawless starting with Jackson who sold us the vehicle and then Gino who took care of the financing and then Tiffany who completed the transaction and answered all of our questions in a professional manner.
