Not Good This Time
I have been going to this shop for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. I left the car for a state inspection on a Friday afternoon. I was told the car would be done on Saturday morning. On Saturday, the car was NOT ready at 2:00 pm. I was told it would be ready in 1 hour. Arrived at 3:00 pm to pick up the car. It was NOT ready yet. At that point the service manager took action to complete the NYS inspection. It took him 5 minutes to print out the sticker and then we were on our way.

The problem was the lack of communications keeping us informed on what was going on with the process. I believe that forgot about the car and their customer.

I was very disappointed this time.
