Minor cosmetic repairs were needed only, no structural damage to car. Told car was ready to pickup. Rear molding hanging off car 1/4 inch. Front quarter panel was not lined up flush with bumper. So they had to take it back to shop and we had to make the 45 min trip back down to the their shop a second time to pick up car. After we voiced our dissatisfaction, the repair was completed correctly as it should have been the first time it was sent out of shop. According to the estimate, they still had 1.5 weeks to keep my car in the shop.. so they had plenty of time to fix it right the first time but chose not to.
