I took my Maxima to get serviced at this location. I was told my the service person that all of my spark plugs needed replacement. Thankfully, I had remembered that I had just had them replaced during a service a few months prior. I contacted the other dealer and let him speak to the service person helping me. When he was told that the plugs would need to be covered under warranty, it changed from all of them needing replacement to just one. They were trying to cheat me out of at least $500.00. I contacted Nissan of North America and received a unapologetic voicemail from the unprofessional GM. This dealership is real garbage, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you can't trust them.
