Worst Service
Took my car in for a warranty repair to which I was told they would have it for a day. It was almost a week and I didn’t have my car or a rental. Basically was told I’m on my own. Took calling the service manager Joe and getting into a yelling match with him to finally get a rental. Go to pick up my car once it’s done and magically have a loose tie rod and broken adjuster. My car had no issues other than the engine knocking which was the only thing noted on paperwork. How does a car go in with no problems and come out with two? And now I have to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. Spoke to manager again and he is awful. I would never want him to be in charge of any business. He is rude and unprofessional and basically told me it’s my fault. I will never recommend them and will tell everyone to steer clear
