Best service I ever received!
I had a great experience with this shop. I originally brought in my 2002 Ford Focus because of an oil leak. Given the age of the car, they were upfront and honest that the repair could potentially cost more than the vehicle was worth, so I decided not to move forward at that time.

After buying a townhome, I didn’t want to risk leaving oil stains or causing issues in the community, so I brought the car back for a more thorough evaluation. The team took the time to investigate the problem further and determine whether the engine would need to be removed to make the repair. Fortunately, it didn’t, which significantly reduced the cost.

I really appreciated their thoroughness, honesty, and willingness to do the extra work to properly diagnose the issue before giving me a final estimate. They kept me informed throughout the process and provided what I felt was a fair and reasonable price for the repair. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is transparent and focused on helping customers make informed decisions rather than simply selling the most expensive repair possible.
