It was also clear that 99% of the population could not afford one of them. Don’t get us wrong, these are some of the most incredible machines you will ever find.

However, NFI wants to offer 4X4 & Performance Vehicles to be both admired and used.
Our team has been significantly improving every aspect of Jeeps, 4WD's, & performance vehicles over the past 20+ years. Our goal is to take that experience and offer extraordinary vehicles at justifiable prices.

Unimpressed with NFI
Purchased a classic car in November of 2024, after over two months of being told the car title would arrive soon, it's the end of January and no title. The company provided little information on the status without me having to consistently email and call. I would be leery of purchasing from this dealership.

Good Car, bad experience.
Purchased a 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado that was on consignment. There were lots of pictures to view and I asked the sales person to take a video and point out any defects not listed or seen in photos. The only thing pointed out was an area of touch up paint. I didn't have an independent inspection and I should have. ALWAYS have car inspected if buying online and you cant be there. The car arrived without the documentation history promised, damage to front passenger fender and a warning light light showing that the A/C had an issue. These defects should've been noted. I paid double what these cars go for to have the best of the best as described. The sales person and manager didn't respond to my concerns from emails and calls. They WILL NOT ADDRESS CONCERNS after sale. The car remained listed for nearly 60 days and the title was not received until one week before 60 day tags expired. Again, the sales person and manager wouldn't respond to questions. I did finally get ahold of the title lady and she was very friendly and helpful.
That was the bad. I definitely recommend a pre-purchase inspection, ask about title and timing. PA LAW requires the listing to show that it is a consignment (not done) and that they have the title or lien documents on hand.
The good, the purchase was easy and the car delivered quickly. The car is VERY nice and high quality despite the $2K in post purchase repairs. I love the car and am happy I purchased it, but think I should have paint $2K to $3K less based on repairs needed. And that would still be high for the model.
So, the car is great. They were selling a quality vehicle. Had I done an inspection and been able to factor in the cost of repairs/damage, and had they been courteous enough to address my concerns and return emails/text and call post sale, I would've left a recommend review.

Online Purchase, great car but a few issue upon delivery they would even respond to.
I purchased a 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado NFI Empire had on consignment. The car was said to come with complete documentation and in tip-top mechanical and psychical shape. I paid about $5,000 over market value and the most I have seen one this year go for. I paid a premium because of the said included documentation, the online pictures, the carfax history and the sales persons walk around where they noted only an area of touch up paint and no other cosmetic or mechanical defects. The walk around video I asked them to send was very grainy and not good for any level of detail. When the car was delivered, I noticed before it even came off the truck that there was damage to the front passenger side fender. Clearly visible to me from a distance. The car was covered in a coat of dirt from being on the truck and traveling a distance and there were no signs that anything happened in transit based on the dirt being undisturbed. This leads me to believe that it was pre-existing and should have been disclosed on the sales person inspection. I did pay for insurance on shipping but since NFI won't even respond I can't make a claim if they say the damage was done in transit. This is my biggest issue and I think it should be addressed by NFI Empire. Additionally, there was a warning light on the dash for the A/C and the power antenna wasn't functioning. Had these issue been disclosed I think I would've still purchased the car but not at as high of a price which was warranted only for pristine condition. I signed a form stating that the car was accepted as-is and with no implied after sale fixes, I know this. However, I think an establishment that is being forthright would disclose the issue and report in good faith on the walk around. I got absolutely no response from many request to address the issues and provide promised documentation from prior owner which is valuable for a classic/collectable car. I will say, the car is beautiful and in very good mechanical shape. I did have to repair the A/C and replace a belt, but the mechanic said it was in fantastic shape. I would've give 3.5 stars if I could've because I was sold a very nice car and don't have any buyers remorse. I would HIGHLY recommend before purchasing from them to get a 3rd party inspection and don't depend on the dealer/salesperson to disclose any imperfections or issues. Lesson learned there.

My experience with NFI Empire is absolutely horrible
I sold them a vehicle in May, well it’s July and I have not received a payment. The check bounced in July for $24,000 they keep giving me the runaround and have a million excuses why everything is happening. Justin fried the owner Shea the finance manager are SCAMMERS. I would never in my life deal with them again.

Purchase of a Trans Am
I want to thank NFI Empire for their professional help. Especially Chaz Clutter who checked in with me everyday and made it happen to get my 1999 trans am to Taos NM. He was very professional and patient with me. I will definitely buy another car from NFI Empire

Best place to buy a custom truck
About two weeks ago my wife and I finally settled on a truck that we had been looking for that was located at NFI. We did some searching and realized that the place was about an hour and a half from us so we used the online chat to request a call. The next morning I received a call from Dan who did a great job of explaining the vehicle and went over the details that he had in front of him. Everything sounded right so we put the needed money down to secure the truck and made plans to take a drive that Saturday to pick it up.

When we arrived we found NFI, that was sitting between rows of vineyards, and my new truck parked and cleaned out front and ready to be looked at to confirm everything on the truck was as stated. My daughter, Dan and myself hopped in to take it for a drive and everything was exactly as described. When we returned from the test drive the coolant light on the truck came on and Dan immediately took it over to the garage to get it looked at. Dan stated the bottle was down about 4oz and just needed topped off. Once we agreed on everything he escorted us inside where all the needed paperwork was already completed so we just signed and began our journey back home. But this is the part you need to read if you are considering buying from NFI.

When I returned back home to Pittsburgh the coolant light came back on. I had to add water a few times to keep it at the right point. Tuesday I took the truck to a Ram dealer to have it looked at and the dealer told me the EGR cooler was burning it internally and would be about 3k to repair. This is where my heart sunk. I bought the truck knowing it was deleted and tuned so we signed an as is waiver on the truck. I know from my 26 years in the auto industry what it means to sign a document like that and was very hard for me to hold NFI accountable because it was such a small usage of coolant there is really know way they could have known but here I am with a truck I purchased two days ago that now needs 3k in repairs. I texted Dan and just asked him flat out if I am on my own knowing that he had every right to say yes, but I was hoping for an olive branch. Dan called me a few hours later to apologize for not getting back to me sooner but he was home and off that day. He stated I was not on my own and he would try to find a solution the next day when he returned to work. I was satisfied that at least they were willing to listen but really had no high hopes and this in my opinion is where it gets good.

After I spoke with Dan on his day off I received a called from Brad who introduced himself as the service manager at the custom shop they have. He asked me what was going on and listened to my concerns and also to what was going on. Brad then asked If it would be ok if he sent two drivers the next day to pick up the truck so they could repair it. I about fell off my chair. I of course said absolutely but there as no rush. I was just happy that they were there and wanting to help. Sure enough the next day Brad called again and stated he had drivers on the way and about two hours later two nice gentleman came in to my office and took the truck. Once the truck arrived Brad called and gave me some options as how to remedy the situation and said he was willing to do whatever I requested. Not only that but they found the front end had a squeak in it so he stated they needed to put new ball joints in the front end as well. Brad kept me updated through the entire process as well as Dan, my salesman, texting as well. On Thursday he called to tell me the truck was repaired and he was also arranging to drive the truck back to me so I was not inconvenienced.

Bottom line to this review is, I know what I was signing as the truck had modifications that I wanted so its just a necessary step in business. But what is uncommon is the level of service they provided to me during this process. These are good people and a good business. If I decide to buy another truck I am not going anywhere else. Thank you NFI, Dan, Shea and Brad. I could not be happier!!.

Upfront, clarity and frictionless
The team at NFI did a great job. I emailed them inquiring about a vehicle on Sunday and received a return response the next day. Dennis, from the sales team was friendly, straightforward and explained clearly about the vehicle and answered my questions and returned all calls and texts promptly. They evaluated my other vehicle promptly and provided knowledgeable input on my options. Shea in sales/finance had all paperwork prepared properly and fully explained all documents. Overall, I was treated fair, professional and able to move quickly through the entire process.....especially beneficial as we came from 4 hours away!

I had a leveling kit and tires installed on my 2019 ram 2500. The service was great and the install was perfect! Definitely my go to for future work!

I cannot say enough great things about NFI Empire! From the sale of my 2017 Ford Mustang GT, to the excellent service provided to me whenever needed for the Mustang or my truck. NFI is always kind, diligent, and quick to respond and address any issue I may be having with either vehicle. All staff members are friendly and welcoming.
