During the install they noticed I had a small crack in my windshield that was hidden by my registration and inspection stickers. Rich brought me right back to show me and I was also shown a molding strip which would need to be secured when the windshield is replaced. Great attention to detail! Rich said it should be no extra cost to secure it and offered a referral to a technician who would be able to take care of it.
Rich also pointed out that I was due for an oil change and was willing to add that to my install service so I wouldn't have to return on another day. (Great bonus since I live an hour away.) My car requires a special order filter-they stock it!) These guys are top notch!
Another reviewer mentioned the waiting area leaves a lot to be desired. I think this was before the remodel. The waiting area and bathroom were recently remodeled. The shop was clean, roomy and they have free Wi-Fi. I was able to work while I waited. Definitely returning for all my regular vehicle service!
