Brake job
Dealt with Craig who has always been fantastic. Provided an inspection and was exactly what was expected. Provided two price options for replacement of rotors and pads for a BMW. Craig explained both options perform the same, however, one is significantly cheaper than the BMW brand. No brainer. Dropped the car off at 8am, completed at 1230. Always honest and respectful. Always my go to. I have referred friends to Newbys and they have also been happy!

Newby's Automotive always appreciate hearing from our customers like Jim telling us of the customer service that Newby's Automotive has especially with the manager Criag. Craig will always make sure the customer is well informed about their repairs. Newby' s Automotive usually gets the repairs done the same day depending on parts availabilty.
