Great service!
Every time I have taken one of my cars in to Newby’s, I have had a great experience. First and foremost, when I call I get exceptional customer service…I don’t have to wait to bring my vehicle in-they check out the issues I describe and then service it appropriately. I typically have my car back within the same day and on the couple of occasions I didn’t have it back a few hours later, they called to let me know. I also received a call explaining the problem and giving me a reasonable quote. I have never had to have the same work done on any “fixes” and I appreciate the quality jobs they have done for me.

Thank you for the 5 star review Alysson. Newby's Automotive prides itself on customer service and giving fair prices with quality work. Newby's Automotive gets the work out the same day in most cases depending on parts availablity. Newby's Automotive has a great brakes special on all Toyota vehicles with parts being of the best quality with no brake squeaking or vibrations after repairs.
