I don’t recommend to this place to nobody, stay away for these people. This dealer is the worst than ever tried, I bought a used Chevy dump truck 4500 2005 with a lot issues. They said the truck has 2 months warranty when I bought I brought them twice because no passing over 30 miles per hour. My personal did a diagnostic he told me turbo wasn’t working and other issues in fuel tank. The ac wasn’t working
The horn wasn’t working. I don’t understand why they sold this truck to me when wasn’t ready to pick up. Was very hard to me make appointment for service. For the first time they have fixed the horn which was fine but turbo problem. Soon I got the truck with me in few hours started with the same problem no passing over 30mph I called again and they said bring the truck back. They told me they will replace the turbo and couple sensors and they were asking to pay $1.3k for the service and I told them why I to pay for this when the truck is under warranty. I just want the truck hot fix because I need to work and finally I paid $700 because there wasn’t an option and hoping the truck will be fix. Few hours later when I was driving the truck started again. The truck was there for 3 weeks because they wasting time for the warranty expired. Very disappointed of this dealer, they are not honest, they don’t care about customers service, they only looking is money and make a customers satisfied. I paid for my pocket $4,500 to get fix all the issues with personal Mecanic and now the truck is working fine. And also they retained 5 months $2,93.12 of ct sales tax they weren’t allowed to collect this money because they are NY dealership. I did the registration by my own and took me 5 months to taking back to me. I had very bad experience with them and wouldn’t like that anyone can have the same experience like me.
