Had an altogether excellent experience with New Fairfield Auto Body. The repairs to my (new) car appear perfect. The coordination with my insurance company, Subaru, and the car rental firm was seamless. And all the in person or phone communications I had with the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, and I greatly appreciated the e-mails with updates. While no one wants to be in a collision (!), I'm grateful for the quality of service (and workmanship) I found at New Fairfield Auto Body. Highly recommend.
