I'm from out of town, I knew there was something major wrong with my car and had no idea where to take it. A quick search of auto repair places indicated that New Era was right around the corner. I pulled in and Fadel treated me like a long time customer. I had appointments all the next day on the west coast of Florida that I sure didn't want to cancel. Fadel and his team worked like a pit crew, they even stayed late to get me back on the road. I didn't miss a single appointment, they did an amazing job! I tried and tried to get them to relocate to North Florida!
