Unfair inspection
I was extremely disappointed with the outcome to my inspection. They failed it due to the rear window being too tinted. When they past the same car last year. I went to another place and they passed me. I will not be returning. They should not be doing inspections.

Hi Julelann,

We tested the rear window tint multiple times after calibrating our state provided tint meter. The glass read at 27% tint at the highest reading on the rear window and Massachusetts state law only allows for 35% at the lowest. We do not make the laws and are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we are doing the job that the state of Massachusetts has entrusted us with to the best of our abilities. Convenient, fast and High Quality
They got me in quickly. I needed a new battery, they were able to obtain the AGM type I wanted. They also mounted and balanced my winter tires. The whole service required 75 minutes, and they took the car in the shop straight away. The only disadvantage was the price - $869 - more than other local shops, but the work was fast and good.

Annual inspection sticker
Inspection was delayed a lot. I was told I was third in line and the wait wouldn’t be long. After over an hour of waiting and seeing many more cars that I was waiting in advance of, I complained and the person apologized that my car wasn’t taken in the proper order. I ended up having to get a ride home and wait an additional hour to get the inspection sticker. I wasted a lot of unnecessary time
