Last night was the coldest of the season and our furnace wasn't working. I called Neel's first thing this morning knowing they would be swamped with calls. Greg had me check the batteries in our thermostat which I most likely would not have thought to do. The heat is working like a champ. Thanks Greg! Will definitely want you to come back and do a thorough check on the unit before more cold weather sets in!
